Life In Frames: My Narrative

Early Ambitions (1999-2001)

During my tenure as a Corporate Trainer for the Market Surveillance Division at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from October 1999 to 2000, I spearheaded the implementation of innovative strategies aimed at enhancing testing and reporting documentation for all systems within the division. This role involved the introduction of automated systems and documents to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in the development of structured training methodologies tailored for both end users and trainers, facilitating comprehensive knowledge transfer and skill development across the division.


Leadership & Innovation (2005 - 2019)

Elevating my career trajectory, I took on the role of director of operations in 2005 for a construction company, spearheading teams with vision and innovation. Within six years, by 2011, I transitioned to ownership of the  company, leveraging my expertise to drive strategic financial plans and operational efficiency. Over the following years, I continued to lead with excellence, leaving a lasting mark on the organizations I served until 2019


Knowledge Empowerment (2021-2023)

From 2021 to 2022, I served as the Knowledge Base Manager at DSI Systems, where I developed and implemented the Knowledge Base department for both domestic and international call center agents supporting AT&T Retail. By creating a comprehensive knowledge repository, I empowered agents with the information needed to deliver superior customer service and support. Transitioning in 2023, I assumed the role of Director of Finance & Operations at Segovia Partners, where I crafted and executed financial strategies while overseeing day-to-day operations, fostering efficiency and profitability in the commercial real estate company.

Unveiling Technical Writing (2001 - 2005)

As a Technical Writer, I specialized in crafting documentation for systems within the Quality Assurance division. My responsibilities encompassed developing and implementing automated systems and documents to enhance workflow efficiency. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in creating testing and reporting documentation for the stock market floor systems, while also contributing significantly to the development of a scheduling system for the department, coordinating with programmers to bring the system to life.


Freelance Consulting (2020 - 2021)

In 2020 and 2021, I embraced freelance consulting, undertaking projects with companies like Kubota Tractor Company. I facilitated the rollout of new accounting systems in their Accounts Payable (A/P) department, streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency. Additionally, I assisted a clothing company in setting up their bookkeeping system and supported an interior design firm in optimizing their financial processes.


Pathway to Consultancy (2023 - PRESENT)
